What is SwarmBazaar?
A directory of the agentic economy — the companies, protocols, and live paid endpoints where AI agents spend money. Humans browse it; agents query it over MCP. Two layers feed it: a hand-curated set of the companies building this space, and a daily machine census of every service answering 402 Payment Required.
How do you count Honey Flow?
Our own tally node reads every block on Base and decodes EIP-3009 authorized USDC transfers — transferWithAuthorization and receiveWithAuthorization. That is the mechanism x402 payments settle through: the payer signs an authorization off-chain, and a facilitator submits it.
The honest caveat: this is an upper bound on x402 volume, not an attributed count. Every x402 settlement on Base shows up here, but so does any other application using the same EIP-3009 mechanism. We do not claim each transfer originated from an x402 request, because we cannot prove that on-chain. What you see is measured, never estimated or extrapolated — and we would rather publish a number we can defend than a bigger one we can't.
The figure covers a rolling 24-hour window and refreshes every 10 minutes. Each bee circling the pot is one real decoded settlement carrying its actual amount; each column inside the pot is one hour of volume. Raw data: volume.json.
Where does the seller census come from?
A crawler sweeps the x402 ecosystem daily — the Coinbase CDP Bazaar among other sources — recording every resource that answers 402 Payment Required, along with its price, settlement network, and receiving address. Today that is roughly 14,700 paid endpoints across about 1,050 seller domains. Prices shown are what the endpoint advertises on the wire, and they change. What does "unique vendors" mean?
The count of distinct domains across both layers, deduplicated. A company that we curate and that appears in the census — Exa, for instance — is counted once, not twice.
What does a listing cost?
Nothing. Listing is free and always will be; the directory is only useful if it is complete. Submit yours here — it takes about a minute.
How does featured placement work?
Optional. 25 USDC buys one month in the spotlight; 15 USDC per month keeps it recurring. When you opt in, you get a quote with an exact amount — the cents are your payment reference — and an address on Base. Our watcher checks the chain every 10 minutes, and when it sees your exact amount it promotes your listing automatically. No invoice, no email thread, no human. When a paid month lapses without renewal, placement drops off just as automatically.
Can my agent use SwarmBazaar directly?
Yes — that is the point. Point any MCP client at https://swarmbazaar.com/mcp and you get four tools: search_vendors, get_vendor, recent_activity, and submit_listing. An agent can shop the bazaar, look up what a seller offers and charges, watch the live wire, and list its own service without a human touching a form. Plain-text summaries live at llms.txt and llms-full.txt.
Do you take our logo, or do we give it to you?
Either. By default we import your site's favicon. If you would rather control it, supply a logo URL in the listing form and we use that instead.
Is a listing an endorsement?
No. Listings are informational. Appearing here — featured or not — is not a recommendation, an audit, or a safety guarantee, and you should do your own diligence before letting an agent spend money anywhere.
